No client post goes live untested.
Test every deliverable against AI models of each creator's real audience — and run 40 creators with the team you'd need for 25. Billed into the campaign, not your software budget.
No creator passwords, no posting access — public data gets a roster live same-day. Connected mode (creator-granted Insights) is on the design-partner roadmap for managed rosters.

Our accuracy will be public. Every published post is verified against its prediction — free, automatically, on the record. 0 verified so far; the live error rate publishes at 30+ verified posts. We don't quote numbers we haven't measured — which is exactly why the design-partner pilot is free: your first verified posts set the public baseline.
A line item, not a license
Get paid from campaign budget, not software budget
Software budget is small, annual, and fought over. Campaign budget is per-project — and it's the client's money. Engagematic output is white-labeled so you resell it inside the campaign as Audience Testing & Optimization, at your margin, the same way you already mark up creator fees.
A $250k campaign absorbs a $3–4k testing line without anyone blinking. And once it's written into the client contract, testing isn't a tool your team remembers to use — it's a deliverable you're contracted to produce.
How the embedded motion prices
0.75%of campaign creator spend
$1,000/mo minimum · white-labeled · unlimited pre-flights on the campaign roster
“We cost 0.75% of the spend you're already managing — to protect the ~20% you earn on it.”
The capacity math
Where your account managers' weeks actually go
Agencies grow by adding people; anything that raises revenue-per-head converts straight to margin. Pre-flight removes the hours that never should have been judgment calls.
Judgment calls at scale
40 creators × 3 posts a week is 120 go/no-go calls, currently made by whoever is closest. A pre-flight score is the same yardstick applied to every draft, every creator, every time — junior staff included.
Creative arguments in approval loops
Brand-side feedback is taste; a pre-flight result is evidence. "Version B scored 69 with this creator's audience model, A scored 31" ends the debates that used to eat an afternoon and end in capitulation.
Rate negotiations without evidence
Brands attack creator selection and markup in every renewal. Cost per predicted engagement lets you argue "this creator at $8k outperforms that one at $5k" with a modeled number instead of a hunch.
Makegoods and refunds
A sponsored post flops, the brand invokes the underperformance clause, you reshoot or refund. Pre-flighting the draft against the creator's own audience model catches the likely flop while it is still editable.
Signing bad creators
Run authenticity analysis on a creator before the contract, not after the campaign fails. Engagement quality, audience segments, and calibration signal — as pre-signature diligence.
Proving value at renewal
Prediction vs. actual on every published post builds a record of the calls your agency made and what they were worth. QBRs stop being vanity-metric theater.
The platform
What runs today
Don't take the descriptions — open the artifacts. Both links below are the real product, generated by a real pipeline run.
Roster dashboard
Every creator in one table: twins status, calibration depth, latest scores, tests run, posts pending review. Filter by client and campaign.
The approval gate
A deliverable cannot reach Approved without a completed pre-flight. Below-threshold approvals require a typed reason — logged, timestamped, and surfaced in reporting.
Campaign pre-flight
Paste one brief; every assigned creator is scored against their own audience model and ranked. Creator selection backed by modeling, not follower counts.
Brand Portal
A read-only link your client watches: pre-flight scores on every deliverable before it goes live. Free for brands, always — revocable per client.
Pre-flight Certificates
A frozen attestation per campaign: every score, every override, verifiable at its URL forever. Attach it to the invoice, the QBR, the RFP.
Verified accuracy
After publication, one click scores the real post on the same scale as the prediction — free, never metered. Predicted vs. actual builds per creator, per agency, and into our public track record.
The workflow gate
Contract makes it mandatory. The gate makes it consistent.
Ad platforms review every ad. Print runs pre-flight checks. Software ships through CI. Influencer posts — often the most expensive media an agency touches — ship on gut feel.
Engagematic's approval workflow makes pre-flight structural: a post can't reach Approved without a run attached. Below-threshold scores require a typed override reason, and overrides are logged. The audit trail is the deliverable — attach it to invoices, QBRs, and RFP responses.
Live today: the gate, the override audit log, the Brand Portal, Pre-flight Certificates, and free post-publish verification.

For talent managers
Every negotiation is a rate defense
Management commissions scale with creator rates — which makes every deal a chance to prove audience quality, and every signing a bet on it. A campaign agency needs pre-flight per campaign; a manager needs audience proof continuously, across a roster that stays for years.
Roster pricing
$20/creator/mo — a 50-creator roster is a known, flat number that scales with signings, not campaigns.
Rate evidence
Audience proof and cost per predicted engagement, ready before every negotiation — modeled numbers, not screenshots.
Vetting
Authenticity analysis before you sign — the creator who poisons a campaign was visible in the data beforehand.
The math is yours to run: if audience proof lifts average deal rates even a few percent, a commission on that lift repays the roster fee many times over.
Pricing
Priced the way you price
Your willingness to pay scales with spend under management — so that's what pricing scales with. Post-publish verification is always free and never metered, on every motion.
Which plan am I?
→ You run brand campaigns: Embedded.
→ You manage talent long-term: Roster.
→ You do both (most agencies): Embedded covers campaign work; add Roster seats only for creators between campaigns.
→ You built your own platform: OEM / API.
Motions stack, but a creator is never billed under two motions in the same month — campaign coverage supersedes their roster seat.

Usage
per-prediction pricing
- —License the prediction layer, embed in your own stack
- —Score + reasoning + confidence per call
- —Verification endpoints for your own accuracy audits
- —Volume commitments, SLA
Month-to-month, cancel anytime. If you cancel mid-campaign, that campaign runs to completion at the agreed rate — a line item in your client's contract is never orphaned — and issued Certificates and Portals keep resolving. Unused credits roll over; 6-month prepay −10%, 12-month −20%. Overage is invoiced, never a hard stop. White-label resale onboards only once our entity, DPA, and indemnification terms are in place — that gate protects you in front of your client's procurement, and the pilot needs none of it. Solo creator? The Creator plans start free (3 tests/month, permanently).
What does gut-feel review cost per month?
Your team, your rates, your spend — adjust the sliders.
Recoverable capacity / month
$2,338
Embedded pricing (0.75% of spend)
$1,125/mo
Capacity recovered vs. cost
2.1×
Deliberately conservative: only 30% of review time counts as recovered. 0.75% of the spend you already manage ($1,125) protects the ~20% you earn on it ($30,000/mo at your spend) — billable into the campaign as a testing line item, not your software budget.
Design-partner pilot
You shouldn't be our first believer. Be our first witness.
We won't ask you to white-label an unproven model. The pilot is built so nothing touches your clients until the numbers earn it:
- ✓Free pilot on up to 10 of your creators — we run the import, twins build the same day
- ✓No client exposure: no portal, no resale, no logo on anything until you say so
- ✓Your published posts become the first verified predictions — results private to you until you approve
- ✓You see the accuracy ledger raw; if the numbers are bad, you walk and we fix the model
- ✓Design partners set the roadmap order — including TikTok
- ✓Written non-circumvention: your clients are your clients, and we don't sell to brands
Straight answers
Where we are — stated plainly
Platforms
Instagram only today — posts and reels (reel testing uses the cover frame plus transcript). TikTok and YouTube are roadmap, not product; design partners' spend mix sets the order. If you're majority-TikTok, apply anyway and say so — that's the vote.
Integrations
Standalone today: roster, gate, and portal live in the app, full stop. Slack notifications and an API/Zapier path are the first roadmap items after the pilot cohort — until then, plan for your coordinators to work in one more tab, and hold us to removing it.
Data & security
Public data only today (no creator credentials to breach). Sub-processors: Anthropic (AI), Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), RapidAPI (public Instagram data), Resend (email). Anyone can object or request deletion at support@engagematic.app. No SOC 2 yet — we're early and won't pretend otherwise.
Legal readiness for resale
Today: early-access software from an early-stage company. Before anyone resells under their own brand, we put entity, DPA, sub-processor disclosure, and indemnification in place — your client's procurement sees those before your logo goes anywhere near our output. The pilot deliberately requires none of this.
Disintermediation
The fear nobody says on calls: you introduce us, we sell to your client next year. In writing, in the pilot agreement: non-circumvention. Structurally: we sell testing infrastructure to agencies and rosters — there is no brand-side product to sell them.
Onboarding cost
Per creator: an @handle, under a minute of your time, no creator action. Twins build automatically in about 3 minutes each; first pre-flight the same day. For pilots we run the roster import ourselves — your ops person approves a list, that's the whole job.
Connected accuracy mode
Public data is the onboarding floor, not the ceiling. For managed rosters where creators already grant Insights access, a connected mode with deeper signals is on the roadmap — quiet-audience accounts (big following, thin comments) benefit most, and pilot partners help spec it.
Contract terms
Month-to-month; cancel anytime. Mid-campaign cancellation: the campaign completes at the agreed rate so your client line item is never stranded, and issued Certificates and Portals keep resolving permanently.
FAQ
The questions procurement asks
Do you support TikTok?
Not yet — Instagram posts and reels only today (reels are tested via cover frame + transcript). TikTok is the most-requested roadmap item and design partners' platform mix sets its priority. If you're majority-TikTok, apply for the pilot and say so: that's how it moves up.
Can we resell this to our clients?
That's the intended model — white-labeled output, your line item, your margin. But we gate it: resale onboarding opens only once our entity, DPA, and indemnification terms are in place, because your client's procurement will (rightly) ask. The pilot requires none of that — nothing touches your clients until you choose.
What stops you selling to my client directly later?
A written non-circumvention clause in the pilot and resale agreements — plus structure: we build testing infrastructure for agencies and talent rosters, and there is no brand-side product. The Brand Portal exists to make YOU look like the agency that tests; it carries your work, not our sales pitch.
What exactly is an AI twin?
A simulated persona constructed from real public activity on the analyzed account — followers' public comments, posts, and bios. Each twin models patterns in that audience as a group. Twins are simulations: not the real individuals, and their reactions are predictions, not statements by real people.
Do creators hand over credentials?
No. We read public posts and comments only. No passwords, no OAuth, no posting access — nothing for your creators to grant or revoke.
Is post-publish verification metered?
No, and it never will be. Prediction-vs-actual verification is free on every plan — it's how the models stay calibrated and how you audit our accuracy.
What happens if we run out of credits mid-campaign?
Nothing stops. Usage continues at overage rates and is invoiced — a campaign is never blocked on credit exhaustion. Unused credits roll over.
What if we cancel while a campaign is a line item in a client contract?
The campaign runs to completion at the agreed rate — we never orphan a deliverable you've contractually promised. Certificates and Brand Portals already issued keep resolving permanently.
Does this integrate with Slack / CreatorIQ / Sheets?
Not yet — it's standalone today, and we'd rather say that than pretend. Slack notifications and an API/Zapier path are the first post-pilot roadmap items; OEM licensing exists now for teams that want the prediction layer inside their own stack.
We built our own creator platform. Why would we buy a dashboard?
Don't — license the prediction layer instead. The OEM API returns score, reasoning, and confidence per draft, priced per prediction, and embeds in whatever you've already built.
How do you handle follower data under GDPR?
We process public engagement data under legitimate interest, twins model audiences as groups rather than individuals, and any person can object or request deletion at support@engagematic.app — the removal also excludes them from future analysis.
Pre-flight one real client draft.
Type a creator's public @name, upload the draft, and read the verdict. First run is free — judge the artifact, not the pitch.
